These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and the operator of the pak804 platform (the "Operator", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at https://pak804.cam (the "Platform" or "Site").

By accessing the Site, creating an account or placing any bet or wager through pak804, you confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

pak804 is an online betting and live casino platform. The Platform serves users internationally and is directed at adults in jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted under applicable law. pak804 does not hold or claim a Pakistan Gaming Board license. The Platform does not claim authorisation or endorsement by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority.

In these Terms, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below:

Registration and use of pak804 are subject to the following eligibility conditions. The Operator reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to create an Account and use the Platform. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. If the Operator has reason to believe that a User is below the minimum age, the Account will be suspended pending age verification and closed if the suspicion is confirmed. Any winnings accrued by an underage user will be voided.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prohibits you from gambling or entering into contracts, you must not register.

3.3 Jurisdictional Compliance

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing or using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Operator does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in all territories, including Pakistan. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited must not register or participate.

3.4 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on pak804. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. The Operator may close any duplicate account and retain or void balances in accordance with these Terms and its fraud-prevention procedures.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You must not register using false details, an alias or the identity of another person. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. The Operator will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where the breach results from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 KYC Verification

The Operator may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage — at registration, prior to withdrawal, or where a compliance trigger arises. KYC documents typically include a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistan CNIC or passport), proof of address and, where applicable, a selfie or liveness check. Documents must be submitted through the Platform's secure verification portal only. Submission of altered, forged or otherwise falsified documents is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and may be referred to relevant authorities.

4.4 Account Currency

Account balances on pak804 are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Operator does not guarantee any specific exchange rate where currency conversion occurs at the processing level.

By using pak804, you agree that you will use the Platform solely for its intended purpose as an online betting and gaming service and that you will not engage in any activity that:

• Violates these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
• Constitutes fraud, money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Involves exploiting errors, glitches or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Involves the use of automated systems, bots, scripts or other non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Involves collusion with other users to manipulate betting outcomes or game results;
• Interferes with the integrity of any sporting event, esports competition or casino game available on the Platform;
• Attempts to access another user's account or any area of the Platform to which you are not authorised.

The Operator reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these Terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, voiding of bets and withholding of funds, pending investigation.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The Operator makes available payment methods in the cashier section of the Platform. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice. Methods referenced as familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited for contextual familiarity only. The Operator makes no representation that any of these payment providers endorses, approves or facilitates gambling transactions. Users must verify current availability in the live cashier and comply with the applicable terms of each payment provider.

6.2 Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any deposit you make. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The Operator may require verification of any deposited funds.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at the Operator's discretion.

6.4 Currency Display

All Funds are displayed in PKR within the Account interface. Any currency conversion applied at the processing level is at the exchange rate determined by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction.

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from accounts that have completed the required level of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be held pending verification.

7.2 Method Matching

Withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. The Operator will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

7.3 Processing Times

The Operator does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing times vary by payment method, verification status and Operator review requirements. No guaranteed turnaround time is represented to Users. Users should check the cashier for indicative processing information where available.

7.4 Bonus Balance Conditions

Where a User holds an active Bonus balance with an outstanding wagering requirement, withdrawal of associated Funds may be restricted until the wagering requirement is met. The Operator may, at its discretion, forfeit any active Bonus balance where a User requests a withdrawal prior to meeting wagering conditions.

7.5 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. The Operator reserves the right to split large withdrawals into multiple payments over successive periods where operationally required.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available on pak804 are subject to specific terms and conditions presented at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the applicable promotion terms.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

The Operator reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine exposure, or otherwise exploiting the promotion contrary to its intended purpose.

8.4 Illustrative Examples

Any PKR amounts referenced in promotional materials (such as PKR 1,000 referral credit or PKR 2,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 tier examples) are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific reward value. Actual reward amounts, eligibility criteria and conditions are set by the Operator and may change without notice.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and valid once the Platform has confirmed acceptance and a bet reference has been issued. The Operator reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on incorrect odds arising from a manifest error.

9.2 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or technical malfunction — the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of the displayed outcome. The Operator's determination of a manifest error is final.

9.3 Cricket and PSL Markets

Cricket markets, including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series involving Pakistan, are subject to the Operator's general sports betting rules. In-play markets close at the Operator's discretion. Markets may be suspended during rain delays, Duckworth-Lewis recalculations or other exceptional match circumstances. Settled results are based on the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body.

9.4 Esports Markets

Esports betting markets are subject to the Operator's general betting rules and any specific esports rules published in the Platform. Results are determined by the official result declared by the organiser of the relevant event.

9.5 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum single-bet and aggregate payout limits apply across all sports and casino products. Current limits are displayed in the relevant section of the Platform. The Operator reserves the right to cap payouts at the applicable limit regardless of the nominal value of a winning bet.

pak804 is committed to responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion, all accessible from within Account settings. These tools are available to all registered users at no charge.

Gambling should be treated as entertainment and not as a financial strategy or a means to recover losses. The Platform is strictly for users aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. The Operator enforces age verification as part of its KYC process.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak804 and may result in account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of funds and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Registering more than one Account, or registering using another person's identity or false information;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other manipulation of sporting or esports events;
• Using software, bots or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage or to circumvent security controls;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including layering of funds through betting accounts;
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or manifest pricing mistakes to place bets at incorrect odds;
• Colluding with other users in casino games, particularly poker or live dealer formats;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or reproduce any part of the Platform without authorisation.

All content on the pak804 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software and the overall design and compilation of the Site, is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other right or licence is granted. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.

13.1 Platform Availability

The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error or delay. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failure or circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control.

13.2 No Guarantee of Winnings

The Operator makes no representation or warranty that any User will win any particular bet or achieve any particular financial outcome from using the Platform. All gambling involves risk of financial loss.

13.3 Exclusion of Indirect Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.

13.4 User Responsibility

You use the Platform at your own risk. You are responsible for your own betting decisions and for managing your own gambling activity. The Operator's liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the amount of real-money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

14.1 By the Operator

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A User has provided false or misleading registration information;
• A User is under the minimum age;
• The Operator is required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory authority or a court order;
• Continued operation of the Account presents a fraud, AML or compliance risk.

14.2 By the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting pak804 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any active Bonus balances subject to wagering conditions) will be returned to you via a verified withdrawal method, subject to the Operator's standard withdrawal and KYC requirements.

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a material change is made, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or email where contact details are available.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits the Operator's right to seek emergency relief or injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan remain subject to applicable Pakistani law independently of this clause.
